I'm Bhuvanesh. I studied computer science at NIT Trichy, spent years in the civil service, and now spend my working hours building with AI systems.

This site is where I work things out in public. The subject is the machinery of modern AI: how inference actually gets served, how agent loops behave once they run against real tools and real failure modes, and how the infrastructure choices underneath shape what you can build on top. I write to sharpen my own understanding. Publishing it is a way of keeping the writing honest.

Two formats live here. Notes are longer pieces, researched and edited. Ideas are short working notes, published early, some of which grow into full pieces later. There is also a small set of tools I built and shipped because I wanted them to exist.
